Points which are taken into consideration from the quality point of view:

• Raw material is being checked for its Ra value, its finish and its linearity.
• After cutting process, all the raw pieces of handle under go a check in gauge for its proper length.
• After threading process, threads are being checked by using standard certified M4 screws.
• Utmost care is being taken during buffing process and minor defects in finishing are checked under yellow lights and later on rectified to give the final finish.
• Before packaging, above mentioned process are repeated again by packing department i.e. checking in gauge, checking threads and finish of handle.

• Purchase department who specially looks after the purchase of best quality rods used for making handles.
• Labour contractor looks after labour issues and handles them nicely to bring out the optimum productivity from them.
• In-house full fledged buffing department who looks after the buffing of handles.
• Packing department is being handled by female employees and they use their soft skills at optimum level to check and pack handles properly.
